Towbar wiring kits

Type of wiring kit – what do you use the towbar for?                              
There are two types of wiring kit: 7-pin or 13-pin. A 7-pin cable set only provides basic lighting for bicycle carriers, for example. On a 13-pin cable set there is room for a reversing light and 2 power wires with corresponding ground connections. The constant supply wire is used in caravans for the interior lighting and/or refrigerator. Depending on the type of caravan, a switched power supply is also used. Please note: some bike carriers (often for e-bikes) have an electric lift system. A 13-pin plug is required for this!
